- 4 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together, then gently rub over your damp skin (except your face) to slough off dry skin. Rinse with warm water.

- 1/ cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (as with the previous scrub, you could use olive oil)
